3. Operational priciple.


The Nitrogen Charging Vehicle consists of hydraulic device, gas device and electric device. The pressure fluid flows into the pressurizer through reversal valve to push the piston move (or high-pressure vessel) through holding valve. N2 pressurized to the operating pressure by the reciprocating movement of piston. (Less than 42MPa)

CDZ-Y1 Nitrogen Charging Vehicle works as a special N2 pressurizer and charging device of hydraulic bag accumulator, piston accumulator, diaphragm accumulator and other high pressure vessel of NXQ series.

Max N2 pressure is 42 MPa.
